How to withdraw
- Send a clear notice to Nordy's contact address before the 14-day period expires.
- Include your name, order number, the goods concerned and the date they were received.
- Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice.
- Keep evidence that the notice and return were sent.
Important information about personalisation
Goods made to your specifications or given a clearly personal character may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. Any exception must be disclosed clearly before ordering and does not automatically apply to every choice or small-batch product.
